Amy's Picks for FM201 !!

Thanks so much for playing along with my challenge this week! I love see-thru elements and it was fun to see so many different takes on them. It was so hard picking my favorites, but I had to go with the two I think best exemplified the challenge... and these girls rocked it!

I think Karen did a great job with the colors and the window element! Such a nice job!

Glamettes

I thought the little heart shaped shaker was adorable, and the trio of elephants were too cute!  Great card Anja!

Thank you again to everyone who joined us.. We will see you all back here tomorrow for a fun new challenge!

Tomorrow we have a fun new Challenge for you and a Huge celebration!! It'll be FM200 and we are having a Blog Hop with lots of fun prizes from Ellen Hutson, Lawn Fawn, SugarPea Designs and Many more..

It's also a new month so that means we have two brand new Guest Designers joining us as well, we're going to introduce them today.

Let's say Hello to Tracey Wilson & Kim Padan

"Hi, I'm Tracey and I'm thrilled to be a guest designer at The Friday Mashup!   I've been making cards for about 10 years now. By day I work in a lab as a full time chemist, at night I come home to my wonderful fiancee ( we just got engaged this past Valentine's Day! ) and our 5 children. Card making time is hard to come by... But I can always find a little bit of time here or there!
If you'd like to visit my blog you can find me at www.scrappingtrackside.blogspot.com.  I'm always happy to meet new friends in blogland!"

"Hi, I'm Kim, aka berlycece over on Splitcoaststampers.
I am so excited to be joining this talented group of artists as a Guest Designer this month!  The Friday Mashup is very special to me, as it was one of the first design teams I participated in several years ago, when I was a Stampin' Up demo.  It's good to be back!

As a stamper, I love color challenges, adding layers or ribbon, and, when I get brave, a new technique every so often.  I have been playing with this hobby for just over 10 years, and it consumes much of my free time!  Recently, I left a long-held full time job as a director of a non-profit to pursue writing and keynote speaking.  But even my "other" blog has references to my card making!  I am married to a wonderful man named Bruce who supports my habit, ummm, hobby, and who even acts as photographer on occasion.  I am blessed to have my own home office & craft room dedicated to all of my creative juices.  It will be fun to share some of that with you this month! "

Now let's see who Tara has Chosen for her Rock Star & Glamettes this week...

I love all the wonderful details in Candy's card - and the touch of 'unexpected'! The blue elements are gorgeous and make me think of Wedgwood (something I always think of as vintage). Beautiful card, Candy! Congrats. ~Tara

Glamettes

Paru's 50th birthday card caught my eye this week - great papers, lovely details (the piano keys across the top is fab!) and the cool look of the technique. Congrats, Paru! ~Tara

There are so many lovely, vintage details in LeAnne's card that I don't even know where to start! The ruffled seem binding ribbon on the dress form is wonderful, and I love the paper choice. Great card, LeAnne - Congrats! ~Tara

Thank you again to everyone who joined us last week... We are so excited for tomorrow! We'll see you in just a few hours!
